Main purpose was a platform for XPlane. It does not disappoint! Everything is good about it especially the Graphics. Well done

  2. Sally Jo Harradine

Very quiet high quality PC. Can handle any game you throw at it.

So i had to change my reviewAfter 2 years and 4 month graphic card died,Rtx 3070 by DellThat was the last time when I bought pre built pc ..i spend £2000 for a pc that doesn’t even last 5 years:(

I bought mine early in the first lockdown as I could not find GPU for rpr. I run it in that config for a week just because I was awaiting for the replacement parts to arrive.1. Holistically, the system is garbage, they allow for oclocking yet supplied watercolling is laughable, the whole massive case is a joke and the worst thing is that psu blows inwards right on top of the CPU. So realistically if you OC the system, it will either eventually fry itself or it will constantly overheat and shut down.2. Case, I personally like how it looks, but, and it’s a big but tad less than 2/3 of it is actually utilised. It is huge case from the outside, but crammed hot mess inside.3. In my opinion, No matter how high the spec of CPU/GPU/ram/and nvme are if the MBoard is so crap! And it is most basic archaic piece of OEM garbage. At the time when I bought my system there was no way to build a pc with that spec for that amount of money, I bought it on sale and spent extra 300 to get the right case, mb and cooling yet it was still cheaper than to build it.However with the prices where they are now I would not buy or recommend buying it

Alien prebuilt pcs are the equivalent of buying water from airlines, except the water is probably better quality than the £2 Chinese fans little Jeremy made. For £1.7k, you are getting more than ripped off. You could build a Rtx 3080 pc easily with that money. But you know it’s a prebuilt. So I’ll show why this is a ripoff/ practically a scamRTX 3060 Ti: £550 (£520 on offer)11700KF: £280RAM: £75SSD: £70Case: £5 (Mass produced)Motherboard: £100CPU COOLER: £10LIQUID COOLING: £70Total: £1085If you tried you could easily get this pc under £1000, I’d say mid £900.Bearing in mind these prices are if you were to build the same pc, they probably get it for way cheaper. As you can see, there is a £700 difference from buying Individual Amazon prices, and buying the pc.If you are telling me it’s worth £700 for someone to build your pc then idk what tree you have been smoking. In conclusion. Don’t buy Alienware prebuilt pcs.Buying prebuilt pcs isn’t a bad idea. Some prebuilts are very good for value. This however isn’t it

  6. Amazon Customer

Possibly the worst company for pre-built computers. If you do your research you can get so much better for your money and the reassurance that your computer won’t overheat I mean this is way to crammed together with almost no airflow

  7. paul

Comes with cheap parts. Intel cooler on a AMD chip and no air flow everything runs way to hot. Plus it a 90s case with plastic shroud. You could build yourself a better custom build for the price of this. Don’t buy a waste of money

  8. Pezza

Runs hot in that case from 1990 with fancy plastic around it.Psu sits on top of cpu. They used old motherboards in this build that don’t support the cpu properly only utilising a quarter of the ram. Can’t upgrade. So bad it’s unreal.
